Do you make customised orders?Yes we do! If you would like to make a custom order please contact us via email and we will try our best to meet your request. An example of a custom order is, you would like to make a candle with a specific scent / colour that is not our standard colour.

If I have already placed my order, can I change it?We aim to get orders dispatched as soon as possible so once the order is placed we are unable to change it. This applies to address changes and adjusting your ordered products. Tip: after receiving your tracking details, our delivery service often offers an option to change the delivery location. All options for this can be found on your personal tracking page of our delivery service.

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?We aim to give you best experience when ordering from The Gift Shop. That’s why we do everything we can to deliver your products properly. If there is anything wrong with your order including missing or damaged items, please inform us via email, so that you can enjoy your latest purchases as quickly as possible. Tip: if you’ve ordered multiple or large products and your order is incomplete, always check if we are delivering your order in multiple parts.

What are the payment options?We accept all major credit cards.

Do I have to pay a delivery fee?We try to make online ordering as attractive as possible. For any orders over £50, delivery is free of charge. There is a £3 delivery charge within the United Kingdom for orders under £50.

When will I receive my order?Once you’ve placed your order, this will be shipped within 1-5 working days. When we have shipped your order, we will of course let you know it is on its way. You will receive an email with your tracking details which you will be able to see exactly when you can expect it. If you have placed a customised order via email, this can take slightly longer. A new lead-time will be provided to you at the time of placing your order.

Why is my delivery taken longer than expected?Your order may experience a delay once with the courier. Keep an eye on your tracking details sent to you in your shipping confirmation. Please note, we sometimes need to adjust our delivery times if we are particularly busy. We do not deliver on public holidays.

What is your return policy?All products are handmade therefore each one is made uniquely and can differ slightly from the product image. If you wish to return them, there is a 14 day return policy in place. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read more here

How long will it take for my money to be returned after a refund?After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt. If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.
